Pay annual dues via PayPal

Click Here to fill out the 2018/2019 membership form and pay your local dues via PayPal.  Please note that there is a small fee associated with PayPal should you choose to pay your dues online.

Local Chapter Dues include a $5 donation in your name to Foundation. Members will now be responsible for sending National Dues ($45) to National Headquarters: click here for more information.

 

Pay annual dues via mail

Please fill out 2017/2018 Membership Form  the with a check for $30 (made payable to Sigma Sigma Sigma) and send to Angela Manzi.
